The AE Budapest Hub is proud to announce that one of its Co-Chairs for Widening European Participation, Dr Gergely Toldi, has been awarded this year's ‘André Mischke YAE Prize for Science and Policy’ . Originally introduced in 2017 as the Young Academy of Europe Prize, the prize was renamed the ‘André Mischke YAE Prize for Science and Policy’ in 2019, in honour of YAE's founding chair, the late André Mischke. It is awarded annually to early to mid-career professionals in recognition of their outstanding achievements and contributions to key areas of the YAE.
